The closer we get to 100% of the recycling of reactive power, the closer we reach infinity of power.
But the recycling of reactive power doesn’t come from the recycling of the power itself. It comes from the reuse of the materials of construction to continually generate more reactive power overtime from the same materials of construction over and over again — more and more reactive power to emanate from those materials giving us the recycling of potential energy resident within those materials (known as reactive power - a potential form of energy.

If the Aether exists anywhere, it exists within the abstract mathematical concept of the square root of negative one beyond any particular location in space and beyond any particular location in time.
The physicist is so busy telling us what to believe in. This constitutes a directive, a command.
Yet, the mathematics of reactive power - predicated upon the square root of negative one - is already telling us what to believe in; it is already giving our circuits a directive on how to behave.
In other words, we don’t need physicists to tell us what to believe in. Nor do we need physicists to tell a circuit on how to behave. The mathematics of electrical engineering is sufficient enough to take care of this subject and leave the physicist out of the equation - as well as the politician, because we have politicized science for the benefit of our military industrial complex ruining our society by running our lives and telling us what to think and how to speak.
God forbid we should speak to the United States Patent Office about free energy and expect them to listen or have the patience to learn about reactive power and the efficacy of its translation into real power to actualize its benefits.
God forbid we should dismantle all nuclear power plants and replace them with reactive power plants predicated upon the square root of negative one!
Where else does free energy come from? It comes from the square root of negative one! It comes from the Aether!

In a controlled society where money is king and fear is queen, not much progresses. The child of such a union is continued ignorance wearing a mask of false pride.

I dabble in progressive thinking by comparison to "common sense".
I have access to sources of information that the common person does not have access to, namely: access to my soul containing the memory (ie, legacy) of all of the people who have come before me attached to my soul, and access to a courtesy copy of the Akashic Records whose original copy is normally assessible only by enlightened people (people who are no longer subject to their karma and, thus, no longer required to reincarnate; they've graduated from out of the human sphere of existence).
Some people claim that the Akasha is the Sanskrit term for what is known in the West as, the Aether. Scientists know these entities as good 'ole empty space.
But try telling an artist that his canvas is empty and he'll disagree claiming that it is full of potentialities (ie, memories) as yet undreamed of.
Some people claim that the Aether is best represented in mathematics by the square root of negative one for which there is no physical proof of its existence. It is, purely, a fictionalized entity dreamed up by Heron of Alexandria which elegantly solves certain problems which cannot be solved any other way.
The existence of free energy just happens to be one of those situations. And I am one of those people who subscribe to this definition of the Aether/Akasha. And Eric Dollard is another along with: Franco Bruno Corteletti.
