Conservation of energy is not a law!

It’s really true that conservation of energy is dependent upon a stable reference of time or else it is not a law. It  is merely a rule of thumb.

It is a rule of thumb for conventional circuits, and we mistakenly call it a law, because electrical engineers don’t allow themselves to engineer anything other than conventional circuits — which are stable over time — if electrical engineers want to retain their jobs and their reputation.

Since most of humanity has not risen above the second chakra of conscientious development, of spiritual development, according to Charlie Lutes, this means that most electrical engineers are afraid of losing their ability to belong to the fabric of society if they should endeavor in the area of free energy research. Because belonging to a group, a group of people, is what the second chakra is concerned with.

The first chakra is concerned with survival. But the second chakra is concerned with belonging. And the third chakra is concerned with domination. And these three chakras (are centers of consciousness, and) are like a dog chasing its tail in which you never break out of a frozen status of evolutionary development in which these three chakras encourage an endless infatuation with themselves and each other while discouraging any development into any other chakra of perspective.

It is only by the grace of God that individual members of society should once in a while break free of this stranglehold of consciousness and evolve into something better.

When this act of grace occurs, the symptom of this pivotal moment in the career of a soul, a human soul, is when a human individual (an individual personality) questions reality — questions: is this all there is, and doesn’t stop there with its questioning. This is the pursuit of spiritual development beyond mere development of the material realm in which we live.
